About Us

The Liberty Street Horizon Fund is a series of the Investment Managers Series Trust, an open-end, management investment company or mutual fund. To help ensure that the Fund's activities are carried out in the interest of the shareholders, the business of the Fund is managed under the oversight of an independent Board of Trustees. The Board meets periodically to review the Fund's performance, monitor investment activities and practices and discuss other factors affecting the Fund. Additional information regarding the Board may be found in the Fund's Statement of Additional Information ("SAI").

As investment adviser to the Fund, Liberty Street Advisors provides investment advisory services to the Fund, including designing initial investment policies, supervising the general management of the Fund and the Fund's subadvisor and providing related administrative services.

Horizon Asset Management is the Fund's subadvisor and, as such, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund's portfolio, selection of the Fund's portfolio investments and supervision of its portfolio transactions. Horizon is registered as an investment adviser with the SEC and has been providing investment advisory services for investment companies, institutional clients and high net worth individuals since 1994. Presently, Horizon manages approximately 5.7 billion in client assets as of March 31, 2011.

For the interests of the shareholders, the business of the Fund is overseen by an independent Board of Trustees.
